In case of Korea, We can see many stuations on the problems of university tuition from various media like a internet, news, newspaper and so on.
In my case, I was studying in the national university. So i didn't know well this problems before hearded the presentation. Because i think my tuition is reasonable.
In korea, there are many universities, also there are one or two national universities for each region.
In case of national universities, University tuition is not a problem. Because the government supported the national universities. But in case of private universities, University tuition is very high. So many students in university are appealing many difficulties and facing many problems. For example, some students have to earn tuition by working part-time job, some students have to earn money to repay student loan. Some times, In serious cases, They committed suicide because they don't repay the money.
To solve these problems, I think the government have to monitor universities. If they spend lots of money for their slush fund. The government have to give them some penalties.
Also, the universities must disclose usage of tuition to students and government.
If these things are possible, we will solve the university tuition problems.
